Bart was the younger brother of Bart. Both were outlaws, though they somehow managed to have no criminal record. Billy was the leader of their gang, which also included a couple of Dingoes. Bart grew tired of being on the wrong side of the law, and tried to convince his brother to stop commiting crimes, but Billy wouldn't hear of it. (Brother's Keeper)
